Before starting any treatment, give your dog a good cleansing with our specially formulated shampoo and conditioner system. Wet your dog’s coat and massage the soothing shampoo in well, working into a good lather. Pay particular attention to the dog’s undersides, especially where the legs join the body. Rinse, and repeat if necessary. Press out excess moisture from the coat and gently massage in the conditioner to soften hair and soothe tender, itchy skin. Rinse very thoroughly, and towel or blow dry. Bathe your dog every week while undergoing treatment.

For general itchiness, hot spots, or in cases of severe disease where the skin has turned black or there has been significant hair loss, massage the soothing lotion well into the affected areas twice daily, and keep him in a soft t-shirt or similar covering. Our products are safe for the dog if he licks them off, but the product needs to stay on the dog to be most effective. A t-shirt really helps.  Hair begins to reappear in bare spots in two to three days.
